Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan, or ILL, is a free service by which the library will order items we don't have from other libraries. A few facts to know:

  • You don't need to give up on an article just because we don't have full-text access to it. And you should never need to pay for an article. Submit an ILL request instead. 
  • ILL averages a two-day turn-around on article requests. You can also request a book chapter or a full book. Full books take longer and come to the library via mail or courier. 
  • There is no charge for ILL and no limit to the number of requests.

Come visit the library!

Location of physical materials: Reference books, public computers, printers, and scanners are on main floor. Circulating books (available for checkout) are on the second floor. Bound print periodicals are on the lower level, along with the IT Helpdesk, Academic Support, the Center for Teaching and Learning, and the Student Communication Center. 

Study rooms: Study rooms have flat-screen projection capability. There are study rooms on the second floor and lower level of the library.
