Linking to articles in a library database:
In E-Racer, if you want to add a link to an article from a library database, you must add the ezproxy tag in front of the URL to the article, which is required for off-campus access. Here's what the ezproxy tag looks like: http://bulldogs.tlu.edu:2048/login?url=
Example of a URL to an article from Academic Search Complete (a library database):
http://bulldogs.tlu.edu:2048/login?url=http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&db=a9h&AN=86988891&site=ehost-live&scope=site
Navigating to Instructional Technology resources from the Library Resources web page:
Go to Library Resources (http://bulldogs.tlu.edu/library) > Help & Tutorials > Instructional Technology (http://bulldogs.tlu.edu/library/it.html)
Navigating to Instructional Technology resources from MyTLU:
Go to MyTLU (https://my.tlu.edu/ics) and login > IT (top toolbar) > Instructional Support Services [page 1 and page 2] (left column), which will lead you to help on E-Racer, Office 2010 online tutorials, Turn-It-In online tutorials, Turning Point (clicker technology), Camtasia Relay, and Acrobat Pro (e-portfolio), and more.
